Step 1: Click HERE to set up your free account with your parish or school.
Step 2: Fill in all of your own personal information as well as create your password. In the Diocese field, scroll down and select: Archdiocese of New Orleans.
Step 3: The next/final page of your setup is titled “Sign Up for Free through Your Institution.” The first drop down menu should have “United States” selected. In the second, “Archdiocese of New Orleans” should already appear. In the third drop down menu, find and select your parish or school where you serve as a catechist/teacher. After this, click on “Sign Up,” which will complete your account setup.
Step 4: Upon completion of account setup, you will see your personal “dashboard”
Step 5: Navigate on the dashboard page to “Institution Tracks” where you will see “Archdiocese of New Orleans”
Step 6: Under "Institution Tracks" / “Archdiocese of New Orleans” you will see the various catechist formation tracks. Some tracks are still being added, but eventually you will see: Initial Formation, Ongoing Formation, Mentor Formation, PCL Formation, SCL Formation, RCIA Formation, etc.

Step 7: Click on one of these Archdiocese of New Orleans tracks to begin taking workshops.
Please note: if you are a catechist at a parish or school taking these workshops as a part of your archdiocesan formation, you must request a mentor - see example screenshot here.
